HOW MANY BUNDLES SHOULD I ORDER?
Lengths 12-14", 2 Bundles
Lengths 16-20", 3 Bundles
Lengths 22-28", 4 bundles 

 

*The key to determining how many bundles to purchase depends on the length desired. Each bundle weighs 100g/3.5oz.

If you desire a lot of volume and fullness, you will need an additional bundle. A closure or frontal is an optional addition to your install and allows for no natural hair left out/exposed. 

 

CAN THE HAIR BE HEAT STYLED?
Yes. ALWAYS use a thermal protectant when using any type of heat-styling tools (flat iron, curling iron/wand, blow-dryer) to protect hair from heat-damage.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HAIR AT NIGHT?
Wrap hair at night with a silk scarf or bonnet to help lock in moisture and eliminate friction while sleeping.

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SHAMPOO & CONDITION MY HAIR?
ALWAYS comb/detangle from the ends up before wetting hair. CONDITION hair once per week; SHAMPOO hair once every 2-3 weeks.

This is a standard suggestion that may vary depending on personal lifestyle, amount of styling and product build-up.

Allow hair to air-dry as often as possible to avoid excessive heat caused by blow dryers.

 

CAN THE HAIR BE COLORED OR BLEACHED? 
Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair and can be colored and bleached.  Be careful not to over process the hair.  

It is highly recommended to consult a licensed professional for any chemical processing.  

 

HOW DO I MAINTAIN AND CARE FOR MY HAIR?
-Avoid excessive product use to avoid product build-up (textured hair, i.e., loose wave and curly, require more moisturizing products).
-Small amounts of oil may be applied, especially towards the ends which tend to get dry the quickest.
-Do not use products that contain sulfates or alcohol.
-Treat the hair as if it were your own, being mindful that hair extensions require more care.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY UNIT LAST?
With proper maintenance and care units will last 2+ years. However, lace maintenance may be necessary every 6-9 months

(given the unit is worn consistently during this period). Generally, you must be delicate with lace. The lifespan of the lace itself depends on

how well you take care of your unit. To preserve the lace on your unit, we highly suggest having more than one unit in rotation if you wear wigs consistently.

Doing so will allow you to change out your units and routinely cleanse and condition them.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We have a standard 48–72-hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders (excluding custom wigs). This processing time is subject to change

during sales and holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of receiving your package.
