Please ensure that your address is entered correctly. Although we have systems in place to help standardize addresses, be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number (if applicable) is included. Incomplete address information (Main St. vs. Main Ave. vs. Main St. NW) can delay the delivery of your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Once received by mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods once we hand it over to the mail carrier. Please refer to tracking info sent for all shipment updates or call USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 for assistance.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We have a standard 48–72-hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing time is subject to change during sales and holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of receiving your package.
